This guarantee is quite simple ... if the custom goods you order from us differ materially from the proof you have approved, if we miss a promised delivery date to you, or if the goods are otherwise flawed, then you may return the order for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your order. Simply call or email us with any issues and we will make it right. That’s a guarantee you can feel good about.
To ensure that you are a satisfied customer, we ask that you adhere to your responsibilities as a consumer of custom manufactured goods. If you adhere to these responsibilities, we guarantee that you will be satisfied with your custom embroidered product.
Your Responsibilities If you are unfamiliar with the product you have chosen, please order a blank sample to verify its suitability. Once we have received your order we will prepare and provide an electronic proof of your artwork. Please review the proof in a timely manner and request any needed changes. We will not decorate your order without your prior written approval of the electronic proof.
If you have any additional concerns or wish to receive an actual decorated sample for approval prior to fulfilling your entire order, in most cases a production sample can be produced and sent to you for approval. There may be a cost involved in a production sample, in which case we will notify you of that immediately for your approval. |
